I don’t usually write reviews on items I purchase. However, after ordering and trying this excersize roller, I couldn’t resist. When I purchased it originally, I figured it would add to my existing collection of excersize equipment but since I tried it-it’s been my greatest piece since! I keep going back and changing the resistance bands for tougher and lighter challenges! It’s awesome and easy to adjust!
Great for all ages and stages! My old mom and my teenagers use it all the time!

I was incredulous to buy since I have perused other survey from various venders on this item where the band has popped and relatively harmed them.. Be that as it may, I tried the item and have not had any issues (thank god). It targets not only abs but also shoulders and arms. There are different exercises you can do with this roller ab equipment and all I need is 5-10 minutes a day compare to hours in the gym. It has resistance bands which helps me to do more exercises. Easy to store and it doesnt occupy alot of space at home. Cute color lime green style. Looking forward for summer goal body using with this product. Decent price than paying the gym.
