Dual Grip Pilates Ring

A simple purchase, hundreds of uses. I purchased this as part of a physical therapy regimen but this is such an awesome workout tool. Its easy to store, light, and effective.

I am so excited to have a Pilates ring now! I love using it in some of my work outs it really adds that extra resistance on some work outs that we're getting a little too easy. Of course you can have one of these when you go to a Pilates studio but sometimes those classes can really add up! Now I have one in my home gym and I love it. I wouldn't mind getting a second one for my mom.

Pulled a muscle in my hip last month. My physical therapist uses the ring in two of my exercises. Getting old is not easy, wish I had some spare parts!

This was a good ring for the money. I'm 16weeks pregnant and just need a little resistants but I found if I pushed to hard it would shift in my hands and it wasn't enough for my husband to get any use out of it.

Overall I really like this. I go on Youtube and do the exercises on there for the pilates ring.
