This product fits well and provides firm support. The straps on the top and bottom help to add more support to tendons around knee and also help hold the pads in place while wearing it. For the price, this is a good support on your knees, and really works.

I have used the product and let me tell you it is wonderful. Very good knee support for contact sports and non contact sports. Stay in place even after hours of use. I like it tight, and it fits very well. It is very comfortable too, even after an extended use of 8/10 hours. Only gave 5 stars because I can not give more, highly recommended for mild to moderate knee injuries, I even use them to recuperate from an injury as my every day brace and I went back to training in no time.
