I have suffered with my back and neck for years, often finding massage too uncomfortable. I am so pleased I can now use my mat and pillow regularly in the comfort of my own home and I am definitely feeling the benefit!! Just wish I’d found this sooner!

Good for aches and pains and definitely helps with leg and foot cramp if you are brave enough to stand on it.
