of the breathe right products we have tried, we like this one the best. it sticks better so it works somewhat better. how well these products adhere depends a lot on how clean your skin is (not oily), how dry your skin is (not wet), where you place it, how big your nose it, the condition of your skin (not too flaky). People with a sensitivity to adhesives will not do well (ie if you get welts from hospital tape, bandaids, ostomy adhesives, other medical supplies).

I ordered this product mostly for my partner, who snores fairly regularly. I wanted a natural solution that wouldn't bother him while sleeping, but that would minimize the snoring. He was happily surprised to find that the jaw strap fit very comfortably, snug, but not tight, and worked really well! He slept through the night without discomfort, and I didn't hear him snore once. What more could you ask for? I want to get another for my father who has a much worse snoring problem!

Not only was my girlfriend annoyed by my snoring, It was so loud I used to wake myself up because of it. I gotta say this product definitely took care of the snoring altogether and I actually sleep way better.
