I was a little skeptical to use this. I mean it’s a ball attached to your head. I’ve started boxing classes a few months back and use this to help my focus and speed. It’s fun.

This ball has help me to increase my speed and agility. It has also improved my footwork alone with my hand and eye coordination. It’s soft enough that there’s no need of fear of getting hit. It’s a great tool for boxers and workout geeks.
