Works as expected. Keeps my girls' head from bouncing around when she falls asleep in her forward facing car seat. I would use only with adult sitting next or near the child in case it sleeps down, but I have never had the issue of the strap slipping down. Fits perfectly around my car seat.

My son loves it very much!! It's made of very soft and elastic material. I always worry about my son's head will be tilted next to the seat when he is sleeping in the car. The product can hold child's head perfectly.
