I like that this covers my entire torso as most waist trainers are shorter. I've had one before & the only reason I replaced it is because I needed a smaller size. It's a good quality product. I use it when I lift at the gym.

Love the waist trainer! I ordered two sizes due to the reviews I read that the waist trainer runs small. I'm 5'2 and weigh 125 lbs. I ordered a medium (which is too small , my goal is to fit in the medium in a few months) and a large which fits good. I started on the first clasp and now fit in the 2nd clasp after working out in it the last 15 days. Highly recommend it takes a while to get use to but it's a great back support as well.

First off it ships super fast! Second it's fits amazing I got a large I did order I size bigger that my shirts to ensure it would fit and it does. Of course it was hard at first to get it on but i got it on without help and I am satisfied. It is a great product and good material! Will order a smaller size when needed.
