Some dogs like peanut butter or dog treats or even slivers of cheese pressed into the brush. Keep tryin until you find something your dog likes because dental health makes a big difference to longevity and well being

These toothbrushes are good but for some dogs, it takes awhile to figure out the brush. I use peanut butter, dog toothpaste, thin slivers of cheese and even dipped the whole thing in powdered dry liver treats or powdered dried fish treats depending on the dog. Some dogs are more determined than others to get the goodies.

I love using these to brush my dogs teeth. I have bought many different types of toothbrushes for my dog and they all failed. This is the only one that is easy to use and my dog doesn't mind me using this on her. Also I have tried different toothpaste and dont care for them, I have used coconut oil for brushing her teeth and she loves it. I just take coconut oil thats a little firm and fill the bristle up with it and brush her teeth. Its fun for her and not a chore anymore.
