Good stimulation of the gluteal muscles. I use it after exercise and it is very relaxing. It allows me to relax while relaxing my muscles.

Excellent hip trainer .The only problem is that the pads wear off fast I should have bought the extra pads at the same time. but the little machine works very well for the price

Loving this hip stimulator!!! Superior Product for buttock Excercises. More to supplement your workouts and helps during downtime, but not a main staple or substittute for your ab workouts. All in all a great product, communication with seller was good.
