I have only worn this for 2 days and it does seem to help with my hip and groin pain. I plan on wearing it to work this week and also while I am working out so this will be a better test for me. I am still trying to figure out the best way to wear the compression wrap, it seems to ride a little low so I need to adjust the way the straps lay.

i have ortho- arthritis of the left hip and i bought this hip stabilizer to see if i could avoid taking pills . it stabilizes my hip and i can walk 50 minutes every day without a problem and without pills.
