I bought this exercise product for my wife. I bought this to improve her pelvic floor and her thigh muscles. If you totally don’t understand this item, you can’t squeeze it if it just slips down the whole time! So you need some practice. My wife just started using these a couple of weeks ago and starting to see some progress quickly. Useful product. Certainly not a waste of my money.

Magic! I just started using these a couple of weeks ago and starting to see some progress – well these work for me. I’m lucky to be able to do it 8-10 times. I found that I could hold the exerciser longer and longer. Do try this product – it is really a life changer if you need pelvis muscle.
