The ice cubes that come out of these last a long time and one fits well in a standard cocktail or standard glass. I am able to finish my drink before it is watered down and get a refill with the same ice cube. The ice cubes come out pretty easily one at a time. I bought a ice cube bin so that I can make them in advance of a party since our apartment refrigerator doesn’t have an ice maker built in.

I bought these to freeze bone broth in, and they work perfectly. Nice large cubes that are easy to extract and put in a freezer bag. It took some trying the first time, but the sides just literally peel down away from the cubes. They’re sturdy, sit flat, and stack well. Exactly what I was hoping for.

These were exactly what I needed! I live alone but often shop for groceries at Costco. Large containers of things like salsa and chicken stock can go bad before all gets used so I like to freeze in smaller portions and store in ziplock bags.
