Looks like something from the middle ages, but it actually works. You should soak your foot before you apply it, so the nail will be soft. Just screw it down gently - don't go crazy (look at pictures). If it is tight enough to stay on, it's probably tight enough. Leave it on for a few minutes once a day, that's what I did. It works! I corrected my problem within a week.
