You should soak your foot before you apply it, so the nail will be soft. Just screw it down gently – don’t go crazy (look at pictures). If it is tight enough to stay on, it’s probably tight enough. Leave it on for a few minutes once a day, that’s what I did. It works! I corrected my problem within a week.
