Great item! To test it I used it on a kitchen knife which is normally used for butter and is not even meant to be sharp – now I have to be careful with my fingers around that knife.

This sharpener is the greatest. I have owned many in my years of cooking. This one topped them all. It has sharpened every knife i have.

I was so impressed with this knife sharpener, after I sharpened all my knives, I went over to my son’s and then my daughter’s houses and sharpened all theirs!
