These are amazing. I have all kinds of problems with my feet. I have a flat left foot and a regular arched foots on my right. The strain in my feet for compensating for the flat foot is painful. Ever since I started using these the tension in my feet have dissipated to a minimal amount. I noticed after four nights the muscles were relaxed when I woke up in the morning. I forgot them one week I went on vacation and noticed within the 5 days the tension and pain came right back. I love these foot pads, my feet feel so much better throughout the day having using these regularly.
