Great for getting back in shape. Used these with the physical therapist after my shoulder was rebuilt. Love this at home. And they are great for use in an apartment as well. You can definitely get a full workout with these.

I love this product. I had knee surgery a few months ago and they use these at Physical Therapy. I wanted to heal faster so I bought them to continue my exercises at home. They have classes that use these at the gym we go to and I can’t wait until I am healed enough to attend those.
