I was having heel pain due to over use from exercise. These provide wonderful relief while being low profile enough to fit in my shoes. The silicon will get a little sweaty inside when it's hot outside, but you don't notice it until you take it off. I also decided to accompany this w/ Acid A-Cal supplement per another reviewer. This 2 pack came with 2 clear and 2 tan colored sleeves.

They feel great even though my podiatrist said they won't do anything for my planter fasciaitis. I'm glad there were two pair because the first one desintigrated when I left them soaking in warm soapy water overnight. They do get smelly fast, so have to wash them, but not overnight.
