I have severe knee issues I am bone to bone. Have been having severe discomfort not just. When working out but all day. Several medical consultations that state that I must have bilateral knee replacement ASAP. My trainer recommended these and they have minimized my pain dramatically throughout the day. Wear other braces when training but use these otherwise and they are amazingly comfortable and give me the support I need throughout the day. I have run and squatted with the sleeve supports and they are very comfortable. I am 5'8 and 180lbs and decided to get the M size and they fit perfect, hope that information helps someone out.
