I tested it on the steering wheel with my phone attached. It kept it on there even while moving the wheel on the drive. However, I don’t recommend doing this as it is very distracting. But, I really like using it in other spots to keep my phone put and not sliding around if I have to suddenly stop or turn hard. I am also using one to hold my iPad up on the backsplash while I cook so I can keep my recipe handy. I’m sure I’ll find other uses for them!
