They are great. Lite weight , easy to carry in my backpack for traveling and great to adjust to the length I need for walking and working out on hilly and rocky areas. They are a wonderful piece of equipment.

These are light, sturdy and definitely help take the pressure off of hiking, especially down hill. Highly recommend.
