This is really good for strength training in hands/arms which I am needing. Easy to squeeze for the elderly. I haven’t tried the floor exercise using my knees to squeeze as it is hard for me to get down on the floor. I did squeeze with my knees standing up and it was doable – just enough resistance to help build strength in thighs. I was wanting something I could use at home that wouldn’t take up a lot of space for exercising and this fits my needs.

This was a good ring for the money. I’m 16weeks pregnant and just need a little resistants but I found if I pushed to hard it would shift in my hands and it wasn’t enough for my husband to get any use out of it.
