It did take some practice…but after I figured it out i have probably crimped more than 2000 pies with it. I had to find an alternative because my hands couldn’t handle crimping all the pies i was making. If the dough sticks sprinkle flour along the edge. I personally sprinkle a good dose of sugar on mine and it’s perfect. Will be buying a few more of these.

I used this to make a lattice top crust on a apple pie. Make sure your dough is really cold. Because as you crisscross the dough it starts to warm up and gets harder to work with. Cuts well and looked great.
